David I. Behar
Associate Director
David I. Behar, SIOR, is Associate Director. He has more than 13 years of experience in the Real Estate market in Costa Rica, specializing in the areas of commerce-commercial projects, offices, investment product and brokerage. His career as a Real Estate Advisor began when he founded CR REALTOR in 2006, a residential and commercial real estate company. He then became Commercial Manager at Grupo Burlage, from 2009 to 2011. David was an advisor and Commercial Manager along with Carlos R. Robles in Costa Rica for NAI Global – NAI Costa Rica. Product to the evolution of the company and the rebranding in 2015, David became the Commercial Manager of Newmark Knight Frank.
During his career he has been involved in transactions in purchases, sales, leases and investments for more than 10,000,000 m2 (ten million square meters) in the different markets, such as Offices, Commercial, Industrial, Multi-Family, and Residential Squares.
David is the second commercial broker appointed by the Society of Industrial and Office
REALTORS® (SIOR) in Central America. The SIOR designation is a professional achievement for highly qualified commercial real estate professionals with a
strong history of brokerage transactions, fee-based services or executive management.
