Luis Ramírez, joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2019 as an Associate Director. Based in Costa Rica, Mr. Ramírez and his team, provide comprehensive brokerage and advisory services to clients in Costa Rica.
A 18 -year industry veteran, Mr. Ramírez specializes on real estate advisory and brokerage services. He previously served for 16 years years as president of Ram Realtors a local commercial real estate company based in Costa Rica.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ramirez has been involved in many commercial real estate transactions (selling, purchasing, leasing) in various real estate different markets, including corporate office, retail, industrial and logistics warehouses and land for development.
Mr. Ramírez began his career as a real estate consultant in 2001. Mr. Ramírez is a member of the National Association of Realtors in USA, Certified International Property Specialist, with a Master Degree in Business specialized in Marketing and Sales.
